ITAS Mutua is the oldest insurance company in Italy: it was founded in 1821 in the then Austrian Tyrol to deal with the damage caused by natural disasters such as fires, a scourge that compromised the work of the entire community. In 200 years of history, ITAS has grown, experiencing the historical, political and economic changes of our country, supporting generations of insured members with its values.

With ITAS, we have created a virtual assistant capable of filtering customer requests, passing to telephone operators only those that really require human intervention.
